11.07.03 Program “Second Line of Defense”

In the time period from June 25, 2003 to July 04, 2003 under the program "Second Line of Defense" the sites: Vladivostok airport, vehicle crossing "Pogranichny", seaports "Posyet" and Zarubino were put into operation by the experts of SPC "Aspect" and "DV Nuclid". All sites are equipped with integrated monitoring systems for detecting of radioactive and fissionable materials, which are developed on the base of the systems "Yantar". The representatives of the American side, of the SCC of RF and FECD give the high grade for the equipment quality and the terms of the projects’ acceptance tests.
