25.09.03 The first MKC-A02 in Kyrgyz Republic

The National Training Course on Combatting Illicit Traficking of Radioactive Materials under the IAEA was held in Kyrgyz Republic from 8 to 12 of September. There were held a number of workshops to teach national security experts to use radiation control equipment recommended by IAEA. This equipment includes radiation monitors “Yantar” and universal hand-held radiometer-spectrometer MKC-A02-1M that were demonstrated by our specialist Alexander Prokhorov. The course was a success.
