15.11.03 Philadelphia, USA. Accessing Innovative Technologies from Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

Exhibition-conference "Partnerships for Prosperity&Security" was held in Philadelphia, USA, on November 5-6, 2003. The exhibition-conference was sponsored by the National Nuclear Security Administration of the U.S. Department of Energy and produced by United States Industry Coalition (USIC).

This event was aimed at demonstrating technologies developed by leading scientists and engineers from Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. More than 500 American companies willing to learn more about business opportunities in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan attended the exhibition-conference that featured more than 100 high technology products ready for commercialization. The two-day conference included a number of distinguished government officials and industry leaders from the above mentioned countries.

SPC Aspect demonstrated its new technologies in the field of radiation control and nuclear security. A great interest was aroused by the presentation of SPC Aspect achievements in the area of development and wide application of automated complexes for the control of nuclear and radioactive materials trafficking. The conference participants found the Russian-American program "Second Line of Defense" very important in the process of equipping Russian borders with modern devices for radiation control.
