This document certifies that the “YANTAR-1A” SNM Vehicle Monitor, developed and produced by the Scintific-Production Association “ASPEKT”, of Dubna, Moscow Region, Russia, was tested the week of 17-21 Junr 1996 at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico,USA. The sources used and tests performed were in accordance with the American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM) standars C 1237-93, C1112-93, and C 993-92.
This instrument has met or exceeded all the performance standards for the Vehicle Monitor detection ofSNM as set forth in the ASTM standarts. |  |
