PURPOSE
The device is intended for easy filling of detectors with liquid nitrogen.
APPLICATION
As a component of semiconductor gamma spectrometers.
OPERATION PRINCIPLE
The device is put into a Dewar vessel filled with liquid nitrogen. Nitrogen own evaporation increases the pressure in the vessel. After the filling valve is opened, the liquid nitrogen goes through a silicon pipe to the vessel with the detector.
