SERVICE OF STATIONARY RADIATION MONITORING SYSTEMS YANTAR

The service group provides

 Repairs of equipment
  • prompt warranty and post-warranty repairs of equipment
  • installation of equipment in its operation place on a turnkey basis and putting in operation
  • technical consultation and training of the customer’s representatives
  • on-site current maintenance and servicing of Aspect products
  • upgrading of the previously produced equipment and software
  • after-repair metrological calibration of items.

All kinds of work are done by the service group on the basis of long-term or single contracts. For regular customers the work is done on the basis of a request for repairs or a letter of guarantee. On completion of the work bilateral technical reports and financial documents are drawn up.

On agreement with the Customer, Aspect specialists may come to the site for technical consultation while the system is under construction. The Customer is given “Recommendations on Yantar Site Preparation”, and project realization options are proposed.

The technical design is worked out by the Customer with allowance made for local conditions and customs goods control technologies. The Customer also does civil engineering work (installation of foundations, cable lines, safety fences, etc.).

Installation of the equipment and start-up and adjustment operations are carried out by Aspect specialists or specialists of a regional representation.

Training of the Customer’s representatives in effecting operation of the equipment is carried out while start-up and adjustment operations are under way. At the Customer’s desire the training may be carried out at Aspect (Dubna).

During the warranty period the repair of Yantar systems on site is carried out free of charge provided that the installation of the equipment and start-up and adjustment operations are carried out by Aspect specialists or specialists of regional representations. If the operating rules are not observed or the periodical maintenance is not carried out the warranty is annulled.

Upon the breakdown of an item, the Customer’s specialists draw up a Technical Report on Breakdown and hand it over to Aspect. Based on this report, the warranty repair is made at the shortest notice (the date of arrival of the specialists at the site is agreed upon by telephone). On accomplishment of the repair a Report on Commissioning is drawn up.

Both warranty and post-warranty maintenance as well as post-warranty repair are carried out on the basis of long-term contracts or single requests.
