SERVICE OF SPECTROMETRIC EQUIPMENT | |
The Methodological Support and Service of Spectrometric Equipment Group is engaged in
- presales preparation of the manufactured spectrometric systems and units;
- final adjustment, graduation, and metrological calibration of the manufactured equipment (all equipment undergoes full test);
- delivery of the equipment to the Customer on his request;
- installation and commissioning in places of operation;
- training of the Customer’s representatives in the operation of the equipment, use of software, and methods of setting up the systems for solving non-standard problems;
- technical consultation about the optimum selection of equipment (electronic units, detection units, software, computers) for a particular task on conclusion a purchase contract;
- development of measurement techniques tailored to the equipment built to the Customer’s specifications;
- warranty and post-warranty repairs with a complete check of technical characteristics and metrological re-calibration.
A calibration certificate is issued for each spectrometric system, which is valid for 12 months.
The post-warranty service of equipment is at the Customer’s expense.
For repairs, the user should inform Aspect about the trouble (contact telephones and e-mail addresses of the specialists responsible for operation must be given) and send a letter of guarantee of payment (for post-warranty repairs).
Electronic spectrometric units are repaired at Aspect (Dubna). The work to be done and the way of delivering the equipment for repair should be agreed upon with the Aspect representatives. The repair time and cost are finalized within three days after receiving the item for repair.
The Customer can be given technical advice for troubleshooting by the e-mail or, if necessary, Aspect specialists may come to the Customer.
