NPP PERSONNEL CONTAMINATION CONTROL SYSTEM RZS-02A

PURPOSE

Implementation of sanitary access mode at NPPs under construction and reconstruction for contamination control of:

  • Protective clothing, shoes and other means of personal protection at the exit from limited access area to the working clothes change room of decontamination station;
  • Personnel skin and head at the exit from shower cabins to the personal clothes change room of decontamination station.

FEATURES

  • Combined detecting units of domestic manufacture based on plastic scintillators – 24 items;
  • Separate recording and processing of beta and gamma radiation by each detecting unit;
  • Automatic gamma background compensation;
  • Visual and sound support of measurement procedure;
  • Blocking of passage in case of personnel contamination;
  • Automatic control of system configuration and detecting units performance;
  • Possibility to control small objects;
  • Accounting of personnel identification means during performance of measurement;
  • External communications via RS485 or Ethernet;
  • High mechanical strength of input/output blocking devices;
  • External components made of stainless steel.
